WEDDING VENUE
The
Fennes Estate is a country Georgian
House set in 100 acres of Essex
Countryside. With its graceful
décor coupled with a warm
friendly welcome the Fennes offers
an atmosphere that is elegant,
tranquil and of course exclusively
yours for the entire day.
Within
the house itself there are spacious
reception rooms which are entirely
at your disposal throughout your
stay with us. As well as the
house there are two Pavilions,
both of which are silk-lined,
fully heated as well as air-conditioned
with the main one adjoining the
house by an elegant walkway.
There
are two rooms licensed for civil
ceremonies, one being our beautiful
drawing room for a small and
intimate service, this seats
approx 40 guests or our Pavilions
for much larger ceremonies of
40 to 400.
We
also have a local church which
is situated just a mile away
on the edge of the Fennes Estate,
and the Dean of St Mary's is
more than happy to discuss the
possibility of a church wedding,
whatever your circumstances.
The
landscaped gardens are every
wedding photographer's dream
and provide the perfect setting
for a memorable album. |
We
have a beautiful bridal suite,
together with two further bedrooms
plus a brides changing room should
you wish to change here prior
to the ceremony. Guest accommodation
is also not a problem as we have
approx 150 rooms within a few
minutes of the Estate itself.

Wedding Co-ordinators are here
to take away the strains and
stresses of the big day and tailor
it to suit your individual needs,
whether it's a large party or
a small affair. We can offer
ideas, advice and a personal
service so that your wedding
is a day to remember.
The
Fennes Estate is known for it's
flexibility in respect of the
type of weddings performed here,
as we are not just a venue for
the traditional English wedding,
but also have extensive experience
with Asian, Greek & Jewish celebrations.
