Helen Shaw, a Member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers Association(SWPP) , is a freelance photographer working in a number of areas, including weddings and portraiture, fine art photography, landscape images, abstract and commercial work and magazine content. She is a specialist garden photographer and is a member of the Garden Photographers Association and the Garden Writers Guild.

One of her images has been chosen by Her Majesty the Queen, and she has had several images commended in national photographic competitions. Helen's work has been published locally and abroad, and in both 2008 and 2009 her images will appear in the English Garden Diary. She is currently working on a series of photographs for a book of walks from Country House Hotels.

Helen also produces wedding invitations, and thank you cards, calendars, postcards and greetings cards.

She has a passion for photography which is reflected in her work and her constant striving for perfection, whilst at the same time achieving a naturalistic and spontaneous feeling to her images.
