A
Typical Birtsmorton Court Wedding
Day:
Guests
drive through the Lodge Gates
and proceed half a mile through
the park and past the Moated
Court. They then arrive at the
car park and proceed through
the Garden Room to the Great
Hall for a Civil Wedding or to
the Church for a Ceremony or
Blessing.

After
the wedding ceremony, guests
are ushered either into the White
Garden or onto the Terrace for
Reception Drinks whilst wedding
photos are taken in the most
romantic settings, and guests
can mingle
Once Reception Drinks have finished (approx.. 1 hour 30 mins), guests
are ushered to the Garden Room, where up to 300 guests can be seated without
the need for an additional marquee, for the Wedding Breakfast.

Once
the wedding breakfast has been
cleared away, a wedding couple
can concentrate on the important
business of hosting a celebratory
party, when friends and family
hit the dance floor. Additional
evening guests are welcome, and
evening parties can be catered
for with either a Pig Roast or
a Finger Buffet.
Towards
the end of the evening, a Fireworks
display can create a great finale
to a perfect wedding day.

This
12th Century Medieval Moated Manor
House is a rich tapestry of fine
fabrics, beautiful antiques, stunning
gardens and grounds. The Court
is surrounded by a substantial
moat, with a beautiful Terrace
that overlooks the water. Within
the grounds, the half acre Westminster
Pool reflects mature trees and
the majestic Malvern Hills beyond.

As
a family home, the Court has
become available for weddings
and events over the past five
years only. As a well kept secret,
wedding couples can be assured
of genuine privacy, exclusivity
and serenity.
As
a small family-run business,
the team at Birtsmorton Court
ensures that each wedding is
treated as the event of a lifetime,
building up a strong relationship
with each wedding couple as all
details are planned and arranged.

Within
the Court, the Great Hall is
an exquisite room for Civil Ceremonies
with capacity for 80 guests,
or for larger Civil weddings
the Garden Room within the grounds
can seat up to 200. For Church
weddings or blessings, a quintessential
country church adjacent to the
grounds can seat up to 115 guests.
There
are no Wedding Packages to try
and squeeze into, and any request
will be researched, costed if
necessary and facilitated if
at all possible. Each wedding
has its own distinct character
and feel depending on the personality,
requests and requirements of
the Bride and Groom, as wedding
couples are encouraged to choose
exactly what they want to make
their day special.
The
gardens have been a labour of
love for the lady of the house,
Mrs Rosalie Dawes. Named
the White Garden, every blossom
is white creating the most calming
and romantic wedding venue for
Reception Drinks and wedding
photos. In contrast, beyond the
White Garden, flower beds, boarders
and urns are overrun with flowers,
shrubs and vibrant colour.
From
an intimate and quiet wedding
of 40 to a large and lavish wedding
for up to 300, Birtsmorton Court
can cater for you without the
need for an additional marquee.
For larger wedding numbers of
up to 600, a marquee can be erected
on the lower lawn with the stunning
backdrop of the Moat and Court
Just
2 hours from London, 1 hour from
Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff,
with access from J1 of the M50
or J9 of the M5, Birtsmorton
Court is very accessible and
easy to find.
