We start by placing a cheek retractor into your mouth. Then we apply a protective gel to the gums to avoid sensitivity. We then apply a carbomide peroxide gel to the teeth and heat with a laser LED light for approx 15 minutes. You will then be asked to rinse your mouth and teeth and the procedure will be repeated a further two times for the best results!.
